It is of enormous importance that your details are correct when you register in MySurvey (i.e. postal code, street, age, etc) and this is due to the importance we give to having honest panel members and honest answers.
We have extremely secure tools in place that will detect any piece of invalid information you may provide and your account will not become active or will be deactivated soon after becoming active.
If you fail to provide the correct personal information regarding yourself and your household, your membership will not be approved.
You can manage and update your personal details by following the next steps:
- Login to your account
- Click on My Account
- Click on My Profile
- Update your account
- And finally click 'Submit'. All changes are now saved.
