To unsubscribe from the panel – please follow the instructions below.
Log into http://uk.mysurvey.com
Click on MyAccount
Click on My Subscription
In the Cancel your membership section
Click on the 'Are You Sure'
On the next Page, tick the reasons for unsubscribing
Click Submit
Please allow at least two weeks to process your request. Please disregard any survey invitations you may receive in the following two weeks, these may have been set prior to your unsubscribe request.
If you have forgotten your password for your account then please request a new one via the website and then proceed to unsubscribe yourself.
